My name is Pauline, I have been working in digital / fashion retail for 15 years and I made the decision in 2023 to leave a comfortable life to create what has been close to my heart for so many years: creating a fashion brand second-hand vintage, resolutely ethical and sustainable.
I like to imagine, reinvent, repair and give new life to used objects/clothing.
I'm often called a " vintage girl ".
Vintage , by the melancholy of past happy moments that inhabits me.
Vintage through the use of expressions from another time which sometimes leave my interlocutors doubtful.
Vintage by my music playlists from another era.
Vintage quite simply for my passion for what is used, marked by time, whether it is housing, decoration, or fashion.
For 20 years , I have had a real emotion in finding clothes that have a story throughout my travels and walks...Whether in an old shed in Brooklyn, in a rural Normandy flea market, or in a trendy thrift store in London ...exceptional fashion is everywhere!
The selection
The selection of products that I offer for sale is therefore sourced from both individuals and second-hand professionals.
I pay particular attention to selecting vintage fashion composed of beautiful, unique pieces according to a defined stylistic universe.
Refurbishment
Some pretty pieces need to be repaired to live their second life. Local sewing workshops support me in this delicate stage. Thanks to their exceptional know-how, we are able to restore 95% of the products to good condition.
All the haberdashery used for this restoration is also found and guaranteed 100% vintage...some buttons are more than 50 years old!
For the parts that we are unable to restore, we recover the haberdashery and materials for other projects.
(Excess material is, for example, offered as gift packaging on the site).
In short, you will have understood, I like vintage fashion quite simply because it characterizes past moments of life and new moments of life to experience.
It is these new, unique and singular moments that I invite you to experience through my selection of vintage clothing.
